Green energy candidate Erin McKittrick of Seldovia was elected to represent District 3 on the Homer Electric Association Board of Directors at the HEA Annual Meeting on May 2, 2019. McKittrick was one of three candidates supported by the Alaska Climate Action Network for electric utility board seats. Kerry Williams ran in the Matanuska Electric Association election and Mitchell Roth is a candidate in the Chugach Electric Association board election, which goes until May 21.
